On 14th and 15th March, Open Banking Europe team will attend the European Payment Summit, the international event gathering all players in the payment and transaction environment to network and debate around the latest thinking and developments in the ‘transaction space’.
The 17th edition of the event will follow two tracks: payment and transaction but also international security and frauds. With PSD2 into force as of January 13th , the Strong customer authentication and minimization of the risk of fraud have become key topics. Open Banking Europe has delivered a complete guide (The TPP User Management Guide) on the new internet security developments related to the revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2), that will enable new Third Party Providers (TPPs) to access account services from the ASPSPs.
John Broxis, Managing Director of PRETA/OBE will give an insight about this sharing the work done by OBE in this direction, in keynote session “Next Level Challenges in Payments: outlook on Security – Regulation – Innovation” that will take place on the 15th March.
